Inside view of a little chapel somewhere in northern Greece. Photo was taken in film, a while ago (thus the strange signs). I love the fact that people built and decorated this little church with simple materials. Just to fulfill their need for a place to give shelter to their souls. Not fancy, just simple!
Festivals in Greece, are a great tradition and they are held all over the year. In most cases they are not something very dramatic. Most of the times, a flee, open market is constructed and the local people can get food or some basic home supplies. At least that was the image you could see some decades ago.
For many of use the image of the stands with the colorful toys, or the food sellers, represent images of our childhood, both romantic and nostalgic.
All photos were taken on Fuji Provia F 400 film, as back then the digital cameras and the smartphones were not so popular.
It’s all about images, that make us remember… Enjoy!
