I don’t know exactly if being lucky is more important than having a good technique in photography. Probably it needs both. I know however, that when going arround, you see many things that can catch your eye.
Wondering in the western part of Lefkada Island (Greece) driving on a coastal road that was about 200-300m above sea level I saw an interesting sunset. Sea, sun and the clouds in between.
