Lost in the middle of the largest salt area in the world, the Maghadighadi Pan – Botswana, is a small “island” called the Kubu Island.
Actually it is not an island now, as it is not surrounded by water but by a large salt flat area. But I guess that is was an island some thousand years ago, when water was all around it.
It is a very impressive place, that only Baobabs and some rocks, create one of the most amazing sights in the world.
