It was my first time to Africa and we were staying at Elephant Valley, at Chobe National Park, Botswana.
Our camp already had an observation area. We went there at about 10.30pm…
At 11.00 something magic happen: out of nowhere an elephant tribe came to drink water from the small lake. The most impressive thing? Those peaceful giants came and left without the slightest noise!
Elephants stayed for about 30-40min and although it was obvious that they knew we were there, did not pay any attention to us. They just drunk water and left.
