Sometimes contemporary Greek countryside hides images that guide your mind to historical myths. This gigantic old clay jar was left inside an olive tree field.
I couldn’t resist to think that it looks like Diogenes’s ceramic jar, that was used, according to the myth, as a home from the ancient Greek known as the “Cynical Philosopher”.
OK, it was just a clay jar, but still makes you think…
